New 2-Step Onboarding Modal for Multi-Location Users
First-time users with access to more than one location are now prompted with a 2-step onboarding modal to set a default delivery location and configure email reminder preferences. The modal appears once on onboarding and resolves the issue of users auto-added to all of a client's locations receiving notifications across all of them. (Web only — mobile still in testing.)
New
Default Location & Notification Controls in Manage Users
Admins can now set a default location per user from the Manage Users tab, individually or in bulk via CSV upload. The All Users list now displays each user's default location (green star) and notification status (bell icon) directly on the location pill. Per-user group order notification settings are also configurable from this same view.
New
Per-Location Side Sub-Category Controls
You can now configure which side sub-categories (A La Carte Sides, Appetizers, Drinks, Desserts) are shown to diners when scheduling a UGOM menu, allowing per-location control over which side types appear. Show Sides must be enabled first before any sub-category can be turned on.
Fix
Customer Status & Budget Type Now Syncing
Fixed a bug where changes to "customer status" and "budget type" in HubSpot were not syncing to Admin, causing trial statuses to go unrecognized until manually updated.
Fix
Blank & Duplicate Item Fixes
Fixed an issue where customers with saved favorites would receive a blank email if none of their favorited items were scheduled. Also fixed a minor issue where the same item could appear multiple times — it now shows as a single item with all available dates listed.
Fix
Fixed Crash When Viewing Orders with Removed Items
Fixed a crash in the Chef Dashboard that could occur when a chef viewed an order that included recently removed menu items. Those item names now display correctly when this happens.
Fix
QR Code Position Adjusted
Fixed an issue where QR codes on labels were cut off slightly, causing scan failures. The code position has been adjusted to ensure reliable scanning.
