Group Orders
New
Must Consume by Copy on GO Labels
All Group Order labels now include a "⚠ Consume or discard within 2 hours after delivery" notice directly below the Date Delivered copy, in line with our TPHC food safety standards.
New
GO Sold Out Alerts
Sold out alerts are now live for Group Orders. When an item becomes unavailable, an email is automatically sent to the respective market's Food Partner email distro and a notification is posted to the Ops Alert Slack channel — both configured in each market's Market Managers settings in Admin. A weekly sell-out summary is also posted every Monday morning.
New
Client-Facing Vendor Name for Group Orders
Client-facing vendor names are now available to set up for all client-facing GO interfaces, dashboard, and documents. This ensures clients always see a clean parent vendor name (e.g., "Ben's Fast Food") rather than the internal location-specific version (e.g., "Ben's Fast Food – San Francisco"). Corresponding documentation has been updated.
New
GO Cancellation Status — Client & Vendor Cancellations
Group Orders now reflect a cancellation status that distinguishes between client-initiated and vendor-initiated cancellations, giving the team clearer visibility into why an order was cancelled.
New
GO Partial Refunds — Cancel Individual Menu Items
You can now partially refund on an item level (entrees & sides by vendor) instead of the entire menu — whether due to a menu adjustment or vendor availability. This streamlines the workflow by only sending automated notifications to impacted users rather than the whole order, and fully automates the refund process that previously required Support to manually process in Square — saving significant hours each week on their end.
Client Admin Dashboard — Billing Tab
Delivery Fee & Employee Contribution Now Visible
The exportable raw data shown in Billing tab tables now includes Delivery Fee and Employee Contribution, allowing clients a more complete breakdown to reconcile total spend on their end.
Dietary Tags
New Tag
Contains Bones
"Contains Bones" has been added as a new dietary tag, allowing bone-in proteins to be flagged appropriately so guests can make informed choices before ordering.
